Responsibilities and Duties
- Talent acquisition in a cost-effective manner from various channels of sourcing within the defined timeline.
- Build databank for future vacancies.
- To handle end to end recruitment activities (conducting interviews, administer tests, roll out, offer etc). Completing joining formalities for new joiners.
- Ensuring smooth on-boarding of new joinees including induction and team introduction.
- Handling employee queries and work with Business HR team towards resolution of employee grievances.
- Assisting HR division for all the HR related task e.g. Training & Development, Performance Appraisal, Payroll & Statutory Compliance, Employees welfare & other employee grievances related tasks etc.
- Executing Employee Engagement activities on the floor. Preparing various MIS reports as and when required.
- Other HR and Admin related work
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Management, Commerce.
- Female candidate only.
- Experience: 1 to 2 year.
