MedMen cancelled 815,295 Class A super voting shares ⁽⁶⁾

MedMen Enterprises Inc., a cannabis retailer, announced that the remaining 815,295 Class A super voting shares held by Mr. Modlin were cancelled. The proxy that Mr. Modlin had given to Benjamin Rose with the voting of shares ceased. Because of the share cancellation, MedMen has only one class of outstanding shares, the Class B subordinate voting shares.
